1. Where to submit a quote request
- Click Request Quote on any product detail page.
- Or open the RFQ entry under Solutions in the top navigation.
- Logged-in customers can also create a new RFQ from Account Center → My RFQs.
2. What to include
- Product name or model (SKU, drawing number, etc.).
- Expected quantity and target delivery date.
- Customisation details (material, surface treatment, tolerance...).
- Contact name, email and company name.
3. Turnaround time
We commit to responding within 24 hours. Complex custom projects receive a technical and pricing proposal within 3 business days, with progress tracked on the My RFQs page.
