How to request product samples

1. How to apply

1. Click Request Sample on a product detail page that supports samples.
2. Fill in the shipping address, contact and notes.
3. Submit and wait for support to confirm quantity and sample fee.

2. Sample fees

• Selected stocked items ship as free samples (freight collect).
• Custom samples are quoted based on labour and materials and confirmed before payment.
• Sample fees can be credited toward future bulk orders per the agreed terms.

3. Shipping & follow-up

Once paid, samples typically ship within 1-3 business days. Track progress under Account Center → Sample Requests. If a sample request is rejected, the sample fee is automatically refunded to your account balance.
