- At the bottom of the page you will find the courier, tracking number and shipping date.

- Copy the tracking number to the courier's official website.
- Use a third-party aggregate tracking site.
- Contact support at any time if you run into issues.
3. Typical lead times
- Domestic express usually arrives within 3-7 business days.
- International shipments take roughly 7-30 business days, depending on the destination.
- Bulk or customised orders are shipped in the batches stated in the contract.
